Signature is Apollo's custom work: a small number of homes a year, each designed with an architect, built by the trades we have kept for years, and finished to the standard the rest of our work inherits.

Woodlawn

Woodlawn is the house Apollo is building for its own founder, and the clearest statement of what the company can do when nothing is value-engineered away: an insulated-concrete-form structure, whole-house lighting designed as part of the architecture, and a plan drawn for the way one family lives.
It is also where new details are proved before they reach the rest of our homes.
How a custom home works
Three things we do differently
We price it properly. A Signature home is built on a fixed price with a short list of allowances for the things you will want to choose late, like appliances and lighting. There is no estimate that grows.
We design it with an architect. Apollo builds; it does not pretend to be the architect. We work with Winnipeg's best residential practices and credit them on every page about the home.
We stay after the keys. A Signature home comes with Apollo Care: a pre-delivery inspection walked together, a 30-day visit, a one-year visit, and one place to send any request in between.
